How it works
First, thirty minutes. Then discovery.
A conversation first, no fee. If it's a fit, the discovery session is the next step.
Zoom, Central time. Or email [email protected] and I'll send times.

No fee
Thirty minutes. A straight answer.
You tell me how your agency runs and where the time goes. I tell you honestly whether I can help. It's a conversation, not a pitch. Three things:
- What's taking too long, and who it's taking it from
- What you're using AI for today, if anything
- Whether what I built for myself fits how you work
If it isn't a fit, I'll say so on the call, and you've spent thirty minutes.

The discovery session
We map the whole agency
Two to three hours with you and whoever touches intake, a quote, or a renewal. Not a pitch, and nothing gets built yet. We walk through a normal week and map out everything:
- Every tool you pay for
- Who uses it
- Where information comes in
- Who touches it
- Who passes it from one tool to the next, or one person to the next
Then we find one or two places where connecting things would give back the most time. It's usually obvious once it's all written out.

Findings within a week
- A written mapHow work moves through your business today, on one page, and the hours per week.
- The first connections worth makingThe specific one or two, what they give back, and what it takes to build them.
- A straight answerWhether I can help. If I can't, I'll say so.
We walk through it together. The findings are yours either way.

The price
$1,500for the discovery session
- If we keep going, half of it comes off your first month.
- If I come out of the session and tell you I can't help, you get the full $1,500 back.
- Ongoing work is priced after discovery, once we both know what's worth building.

Then I build
Paper and flow first. Plain scripts before live AI. Web apps only after the flow is fixed. Client-facing work first, because that's what your clients feel.
The tools on the home page are proof I can build. When an off-the-shelf product is the right answer, I pick it, wire it in and put guardrails on it. And not everything should be automated. Part of the job is saying which steps stay with a person.
